On February 24, 2010, Colonel Thomas W. Rice (retired), at the invitation of Senator Timothy J. Grendell, R-Chesterland, provided sworn testimony before the Senate Judiciary - Criminal Justice Committee.  Through invitation and subpoena, testimony has been provided by both retired and active members of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.  When available, opening commentary will be provided.  Starting on March 3, 2010, all testimony is being video recorded and will be made available on the "Trooper to Trooper" web site
